Measure-Up and Project Coordination

For replacement projects, an on-site measure-up can be arranged after the initial quotation is accepted where required. For new builds, we work from the confirmed project documents and clarify the details needed before the order proceeds.

Manufacture and Quality Checks

Your approved window and door specifications are coordinated for manufacture. Product configuration, dimensions, colour, glass and hardware selections are checked against the confirmed order information.

Delivery and Installation

We coordinate collection, delivery or installation according to the scope stated in your quotation. For replacement work, the agreed scope can include removal of the existing windows, installation of the new units and site clean-up.
