Sliding Door Handle & Double Cylinder Lock Installation Manual
This installation reference covers the sliding door double cylinder lock, handle, keeper and striker shown in the JL hardware manual below.
Important: Fasten all screws by hand. Do not use an electric screwdriver or drill to tighten the screws, as over-tightening is not recommended.

- Preparation and drilling-template positioning
- Handle, inside cylinder and outside cylinder installation
- Black-mark alignment on cylinders and tail pieces
- Keeper and striker installation and adjustment
- Drilling template: 9 mm drill bits
- 82 mm hole centres
- 25 mm reference from Line A / door edge as shown on the supplied template
Use the dimensions and instructions shown on the supplied manual for the applicable lock set. Confirm the hardware and door configuration before drilling or modifying the door.
