JL supplies custom aluminium windows and doors for Melbourne builders, owner-builders and projects where installation is being managed separately. Supply-only quotations can be prepared from current architectural drawings, window schedules or confirmed opening information.
What Supply Only Means
JL manufactures or coordinates the agreed window and door package for supply without including installation in the quoted scope. Delivery or collection arrangements are confirmed separately in the quotation.

What to Send for a Quote
For new-build and renovation packages, send the current plans, elevations, window and door schedule and energy report where available. Include the project address and required programme.
JL can review Essential, Thermal and Thermal Plus options against the project requirements rather than requiring clients to select an internal profile code.
Local and Custom Supply Options
For suitable projects, JL has a local production option with an indicative lead time of approximately 4 weeks. Broader custom supply packages commonly use an indicative planning allowance of approximately 8–10 weeks. Availability and programme depend on the selected system, materials and confirmed order.

Performance & Energy Requirements
Where the project specifies wind, water, glazing or energy-performance requirements, include the relevant documentation with the enquiry. Selected JL configurations have published AS 2047 performance results, and whole-window U-value and SHGC data is available for selected configurations.

Supply Only vs Supply & Installation
If JL installation is required, identify this during quotation so the scope can account for site access, opening readiness, removal requirements, floor levels, drainage and surrounding building work. If installation is managed by others, those responsibilities remain outside the supply-only scope unless specifically included in writing.
