Drainage openings and tracks must remain clear after installation. Surrounding cladding, masonry, membranes, flashings and finishes need to interface with the frame as shown in the approved construction details.

Supply Only and Installation Responsibilities

Responsibilities should be confirmed in the quotation before the order proceeds. For supply-only packages, the builder or nominated installer remains responsible for site measurement, opening preparation, flashing, fixing, sealing, finishing and compliance with the project documentation unless the quotation states otherwise.

Where JL installation is included, the agreed scope should identify the supplied products and installation work. Structural alterations, access equipment, surrounding building work and final finishes should not be assumed unless they are specifically included.

Care After Installation

Cement, render, metal filings and other building contaminants should not be allowed to remain on aluminium or glass surfaces. Ongoing cleaning frequency depends on the building location and environmental exposure.
